Account deletion

Lunexa Elder Care lets you delete your connected account and cloud data directly from inside the app.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open Lunexa Elder Care.
  2. Sign in or connect your account.
  3. Open Account from the account icon or go to Settings > Account.
  4. Tap Delete account and cloud data.
  5. Follow the confirmation steps.

What happens

Deleting your account permanently removes the connected account and associated cloud data. This is not temporary deactivation.

Local data

Lunexa Elder Care is offline-first. If you use the app without an account, some vault data may exist only on your device. To remove local-only data, erase the vault from the app or remove the app data from your device.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account settings.
